Clean hotel, above average breakfast, fantastic rooms. The breakfast was included.

Exceptionally clean hotel in a beautiful building close enough to a Main Street and highway and the historic district.

This was an excellant stay on vacation. I was offered a good hot breakfast for the price.

Nice place to stay in St. Augustine, if compared to other hotels. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with a soso bed and balcony and big bathrooms.

Lobby was friendly. The room I booked was cleaned and available with balcony and a soso bed, for instance. The food served was outstanding. Pool was heated and there was an awesome restaurant on site.

The stay here was very lovely, greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with perfect location so close to restaurant and local stores, old St Augustine. We were met by beautiful, accommodating personnel.

A brand-new hotel with decent views...

The hotel was overall clean, staff was extremely friendly. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, it's own balcony and Keurig coffee machine. I had access to great parking, heated pool.

It was a very very good stay. The bedroom was pretty nice and the staff amiable. And it also had incredible view. I liked the brunch in the Ice Plant, located nearby.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other business hotels. Spotlessly clean hotel and room, SATISFACTORY breakfast. We liked the rooms, they were good-sized & great-sized.

We had the most such wonderful few days there. The placement was absolutely perfect and the service was perfect. Our room had a nice bed and a particularly nice view. Shopping outlets and local stores were right next door. Apart from that, an open-air spanish settlement museum was 5 minutes away by driving.

The stay was absolutely fantastic. Staff were cheerful, room was cozy and cozy. Good view, a nice balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. Fantastic service here. Only 20 min walk to downtown. I really enjoyed the small restaurant and the food was good.

I loved staff and location - they where beautiful! The room was cleaned and available with big bathrooms, balcony, a soso bed. It was fairly quiet, bigger then in most St. Augustine hotels. The property was set in a downtown area. Restaurant in hotel was small and the pool area was nice.

Perfect stay. We really enjoyed this hotel and its exceptional service and cleanliness. A huge room at reasonable prices. There's good choice of restaurants to choose from, like Georgie's Diner, set within 15 minutes walk or so.

The room was large. The downtown is within 15 minutes' walk. Just a walk down to Carmelo's Pizzeria, where you can have lunch.
